Originally hailing from Weston, Massachusetts, Brian came to Nantucket in 1996, intending to stay for just the summer. But, as is often the story for many year-rounders, Brian found himself being drawn in by the island’s unique allure and immediately set about building a dynamic career.

2024 is Brian’s 27th year in the Nantucket real estate market, and with over two decades of experience, he is a top producing agent on island. He loves the puzzle and challenge of matching people to property and, as one of the leading brokers on the island, has participated in hundreds of millions in transactions to date. Brian has been quoted by CNN Money and Barron’s and is an excellent resource for any and all things real estate on Nantucket.

Always sure to make the most out of what the island has to offer, Brian throws himself into the local community and seemingly squeezes 48 hours worth of work and activities into 24. Brian sits on numerous Boards and Committees, including the Maria Mitchell Association and the Affordable Housing Trust, and also serves as the Vice-Chair of the Nantucket Association of Real Estate Brokers.

Brian lives on the island year-round with his wife Kate, son Fisher, and two daughters Piper and Quinn. With a deep commitment to sustaining this special island community he calls home, Brian aims to find a unique solution to the multi-faceted and complicated issue of affordable housing.
